Customer Service Correspondence
If you send us correspondence, including emails and faxes, we retain such information in the records of your account.
We will also retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence we send to you. We retain these records in order to keep records of our
relationship, to measure and improve our customer service. We may, over time, delete these records.
Payment Transactions
When you sign up for our hosted IssueCentre service we require you to enter your credit card or debit card payment details to allow us to take your service payments at the agreed intervals. To process the transaction the card details are passed to our payment provider (currently PayPal) and in return it provides a unique reference used by IssueCentre to submit any future transaction amendments or to cancel your recurring transactions. Your card details will be stored by our payment provider and only used for transactions submitted by us relating to the services we provide for you.

IssueCentre does not store your credit card information but will record transaction information (amount, date) each time a payment is processed by
our payment provider.
If you do not wish to use a credit card you may purchase use of the service by means of an annual, in advance, invoice.
Website Traffic Information
Because of the way that Website communication standards work, when you arrive at or leave the IssueCentre websites, we automatically receive the web
address of the site that you came from or are going to. We also collect information on which pages of our website you visit, IP addresses, the type of
browser you use and the times you access our website. We use this information to try to understand our customers' preferences better and to manage the
load on our servers, so as to improve our service.
